Files uploaded: angband-302-mac-osx.sit.bin.1 (to be renamed to angband-302-mac-osx.sit.bin) - a replacement for Angband/Macintosh/angband-302-mac-osx.sit.bin compiled by myself. Update 1 (9 January, 2003) - (OS X port) Added transparency effect to David Gervais tiles --- Angband 3.0.2 for the Macintosh Angband 2.9.0--3.0.2 by Robert Ruehlmann (rr9@angband.org) This port by pelpel (pelpel@zak.att.ne.jp) angband-302-mac-68k.sit.bin - 68020+ angband-302-mac-ppc.sit.bin - PPC with classical OS (8.x--9.x) angband-302-mac-osx.sit.bin - OS X or OS 8.6-- with CarbonLib Modes available v ASCII v 8x8 tiles v Adam Bolt tiles v (new!, but only for OS X port on OS X) David Gervais tiles v (new!) Double width tile mode v Sound effects v Big screen (drag the Angband window) Caveats Bringing the Angband program foreground by clicking one one of subwindows and without making the Angband window on top, you'll see messages displayed in subwindows... This may not matter in classical OS, but hurts a lot in OS X. I don't know how to fix this. Turning the double width tile mode on while playing can cause horrible display glitches. It won't happen again after you redraw the screen or save and restart. I received some reports about random crashes on OS 10.2 (Jaguar). I myself haven't seen them since I switched to it, though. Wondering if I should recompile some standard libraries... Bonus? I remember some players complained about mandatory equippy chars, so I put a runtime option to disable that (in the display option set). The default is, of course, the same as plain 3.0.x. Please keep close eyes on the options if you use savefiles from this build for future versions of Angband -- I used an unused option slot immediately following allow_quantities. // pelpel (pelpel@zak.att.ne.jp)
