Put a wrong Angband.r (Mac equivalent of angband.rc) in ext-mac-304.sit.bin,
which says "ZAngband 2.7.x"...  Please replace the one in angband/Macintosh
with this:

ext-mac-304.sit.bin -- extra files needed to compile Angband 3.0.4 for
  Mac OS computers with CodeWarrior Pro (6, 8, or 9) or MPW.
