This is TV-patch for 3.0.1 "vanilla" angband. It is made to restore old angband type of balance, but JLE monsters are so good, that it keeps them. Just unzip this to some temporary directory and copy contains of /edit into your /lib/edit (make backup of that directory first). Note from artifacts.txt: # (2.)
