Mana curse2 patch

  This patch is ready for a Vanilla angband 2.9.5-alpha wich has been
patched with mana curse and mana shield.

  The mana curse may be more a blessing than a curse, so this patch turn
it into a REAL curse.
  Now when the player is wielding an item wich has MANA_CURSE, each point
of damage he takes will reduce both his HP and SP
