DarkGod improved birth screen for Vanilla Angband.

It adds a menu to select savefiles(and create/delete them) thus
getting rid of the need fo special hacks for certain platforms
and allowing command line OS users to use multiple savefiles
(it was already possible but not many people knew it, at least
it seems :)

It also enhance race and class selection screen by allowing the
use of the arrow keys to select entries and provides a little
description for each races and classes.

Bugs:
- Mac port need to get rid of it's New and Load menu items
  as they are no more meaningful, but I have no clue of how mac
  works :)
- Same goes for windows port, althought I got rid of the menu
  it works fine until one quits then it refuses to quit.
  Must be something silly but I dont have a clue about how windows
  works either

This code may be used under Angband licence and GPL. And it applies
ONLY to this code, not the code of PernAngband(from where this code
is from).
