Put sound effects, 8x8 tiles and Adam Bolt ones with support code, but
haven't tested them.  I can't warrant if they work, because I didn't
launched any of them...

Compiled using MPW, since it's the easiest to handle lua beast with.
The Carbon build is done by CodeWarrior Pro.

I attached Makefile and resource definition, so that anyone with a working
Mac can compile this on his own -- MPW is a free download and works on any
Macintosh running 68020+, System 7.5+.

Because MPW doesn't actively encourage violation of the ANSI/C rules unlike
gcc, which turns on its own kazillions of extensions to C language *by default*,
you may have to modify some files...
