v Sound effects (taken from Ben's 2.8.3, different from Windows ones)

The OS X port has some annoying problems (only on OS X)
 - Redraw artefacts are noticeable for more font/size combinations
   (solved by OS 10.2, but see below...).
 - When you bring the angband application foreground by clicking on
   a subwindow and type commands, you'll see messages displayed in
   it, instead of the main window. Please make sure to make the
   angband window active to avoid this from happening.
 - There have been reports of random crash on OS 10.2 (not Ey, but V).
   I have no way of knowing why because I don't have that version.
   If you haven't seen this in Ey, lua might be blamed...
