diff for gumband 2.1.8a

i've made a couple of changes for my own personal use that i
thought others might also want.

- Scrolls of Artifact Creation added
- Chaotic Sensing
	i found this spell to be more harmful than good.  no mistake, the
	chaos realm should be all certainty and light, but this was ridi-
	culous.  i increased the base chance for each object on the panel to
	be detected by 25%.  additionally, the spell has a chance of mapping
	the panel equal to half of the chance of revealing objects.  the folks
	in #angband seemed to think this was a valuable but not overly potent
	modification.
