PernAngband 5.0.0 for PPC and 68K Macs

Almost stock source downloaded from www.pernangband.net.
I just added / excluded a couple of headers as I wrote in
A-mac-h.pch.

Now support Andreas Koch's 16x16 tileset.
Check arg_graphics and arg_transparency to use them.

This release has shimmering terrains, ego monsters
and couple of other neat features that may only be
appreciated in ASCII, so please try both modes
even if you don't like ASCII.

pernangband-500-mac-ppc.sit.bin - PPC native binary
pernangband-500-mac-68k.sit.bin - 68K binary

Please move these files to angband/Variant/PernAngband.
