Extra modes
- IBM PC mode - Select CP437 from the font menu and load font-ibm.prf to
    see if you like it.  Copy lib:pref:font-ibm.prf to lib:user:font-mac.prf
	if you intend to stick with it.
- IBM PC pseudographics - Select Angband from the font menu and load
    graf-ibm.prf to see if you like it.  Copy lib:pref:graf-ibm.prf to
	lib:user:font-mac.prf to keep playing that way.
- Experimental Macintosh text mode - Load font-mac.new to see how it works.
    copy lib:pref:font-mac.new to lib:user:font-mac.prf to keep it.

On OS X, please copy Angband.dfont and CP437.dfont to your Library/Fonts
folder (and logout, followed by login -- I'm not sure if this is really
necessary) to try the first two options.

CAVEATS:
 - The Carbon port doesn't respond to TileWidth and TileHeight settings.
 - Messages can be displayed in a wrong window, after the application is
   brought to front by clicking other windows than the main one.
 - The Classic ports can crash your system if it's started with wrong
   preferences file in your system folder.
