'angband-283-win-ben.zip' is a precompiled Windows version of Angband 2.8.3,
meant to replace the incomplete file of the same name currently residing in
the Windows directory at 'export.andrew.cmu.edu'.  It adds support for loading
'<race>.prf' and '<class>.prf' pref files at startup, and fixes the keymap save
bug.
