This file documents the tools/ directory portion of the DOME directory
structure. This directory contains one directory per tool plus a couple of
other directories that are documented below.

Each tool directory has the following structure:

    <tool>\
        bin\    	[executables and scripts]
	dev\		[development related files]
        doc\    	[documentation]
        etc\    	[configuration files]
        examples\	[examples]
        help\    	[help files]
        lib\    	[alter/projector code]
        specs\  	[MetaDOME/ProtoDOME tool specifications]

Non-tool directories:
    alter\		[Alter related files]
      doc\alterdesc.txt [Descriptions of Alter operations]
    dome\		[General files that are applicable to most tools]
