Cook Islands Int' 767-277 VH-RMD for FS98

Repaint for Regos/Text and FS98 *.air file reworks by Dean Mountford
Original Ansett Design by Tetsuji Konohira

This is Cook Islands International VH-RMD as leased from Ansett during
the 1980's.  They have reworked textures for the wording and a brand 
new AIR file for an almost accurate 767 flight model based off the 
GE-CF6 engines as flown by Ansett in their -277 series 767's.
