CHANGES:
More Detail to the gauges and panel bitmap
added a correct ADI and coloring
changed the standby ADI to be more accurate
added new LL, PH, Nav and Fuel Pump switches

NOTE: I have recieved several emails re: the blank spot above the 
altimeter, I have included the original Pic I worked from. I'm not
sure what goes there, but its blank!
