HISTORY

Air California appeared in 1967 to link Orange County to the rest of CA with Lockheed
L-188 Electra. Their 1st jets came by late 60's/early 70's, as the Boeing 737.
N9014U was an original United plane. It was taken on lease in 1980 and flew with United
main colors until 1981. This plane was a frequent flyer of OC flight #480 SNA-SFO.
