BSATC.DLL

The file was send to me from a friend, I do not know where
it originate from. Put it in you MODULE FOLDER of FS98 and
you will have endless BACKGROUND CHATTER without loading 
an adventure.

You may click on the MODULE drop menu and go to BSATC and
set what folder's *.WAV files it should read for your desire!
