CHANGES:

Rewrite of the upper panel area: new pilot side window and center posts
Changed the HSI info so you get course/miles as in real DC-9
Changed DME for Nav2 to the center glare panel
Increased the size of the RMI for better viewing
Cleaned up Flap gauge and sized like other gauges
Changed the colors of all Gauge readouts to be white like real DC-9
Changed Spoiler window and added Thrust levers, sized to fit over the stby ADI
Added new radios for better visibility
Added minor main bitmap changes for looks
