Collaborative programme for this Avion de Transport Regional (hence ATR) 
between Aerospatiale(France) and Aeritalia (Italy) was launced in October 
1981,with final assembly by Aerospatiale.

This regional airliner cover the route between Parana (capital of the
province of Entre Rios) and Buenos Aires (capital of Argentina).
You can find Parana (a civil/military airbase) in the scenery Argentina98;
it doesn't look like the real airport but at least you have the runway and
the navaids.

I only repaint this baby, and made minors changes in flight dynamics and
in the model. Actually I take diferents planes and made one. And finally
adds landing lights. Thanks to all the original authors.
