This is a small screensaver for DOS/Windows.  It features a small picture
of P-Chan careening around the screen at random angles.  The Image of P-Chan
is a screen capture of the ANSI art of Ken Vong (kenvong@helix.net).
Any praise should go to him.  It would appear that this should go in the
/software directory or the /misc directory.
