This Visual Basic script, pizza1.asp, processes and returns a response for 
the request generated by the simple Adobe Acrobat pizza order form 
described and shown in "The Form Revolution" on page 55 of Adobe Magazine, 
Autumn 1999. 

The script, pizza2.asp, processes and returns a response for the request 
generated by the more advanced Adobe Acrobat pizza order form referred to 
in the same article.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
--  Adobe Acrobat Exchange 3.1with Adobe Forms Author Plug-in 3.5 for 
Windows or Adobe Acrobat 4.0 for Windows
--  A text editor (e.g., Microsoft NotePad)
--  Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) or Microsoft Personal Web 
Server with ASP extensions installed if running a server from your own 
computer

HANDLING NOTES
After downloading a ".exe" file in Windows, double-click on the ".exe" 
file to access the file's contents.
