Adobe After Effects gives you the power to produce professional-quality 
composites, smooth animations, and elaborate special effects. It’s ideal 
for short, layer-intensive projects. You can import images directly from 
Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop with no loss in image detail or 
quality, and then use After Effects to add the element of motion to 
graphic designs. This tutorial details some of the ways After Effects can 
enhance your artwork with motion and sound. Follow along step-by-step 
using the sample files included in the archive to get a quick, hands-on 
introduction to the power of Adobe After Effects.

--  Adobe Acrobat Reader 2.1 or later for Mac OS or Adobe Acrobat Exchange

HANDLING NOTES
After downloading a ".sea.hqx" file on a Macintosh, use StuffIt 
Expander(R) by Aladdin Systems, Inc. (408-761-6200, 
http://www.aladdinsys.com/) to access the file's contents.  StuffIt 
Expander is available as a freeware product.  To decompress a ".sea" file 
on a Macintosh, double-click on the ".sea" file.

INSTALLATION NOTES
1.  Double-click the Tutorial.pdf file.
2.  Follow the on-screen instructions.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
After Effects 3.1 Tryout and Acrobat Reader 3.0 are available at no charge 
from the Adobe Web site (http://www.adobe.com).
