This script enables you to to shrink/grow text frame to a more manageable 
size Adobe InDesign. For details, read Olav Martin Kvern's article, "Get 
It Inline," page 59, from the Summer 1999 issue of Adobe Magazine.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
--  Adobe InDesign 1.0 for Mac OS
--  Applescript for the Macintosh

HANDLING NOTES
After downloading a ".sea.hqx" file on a Macintosh, use StuffIt 
Expander(R) by Aladdin Systems, Inc. (408-761-6200, 
http://www.aladdinsys.com/) to access the file's contents.  StuffIt 
Expander is available as a freeware product.  To decompress a ".sea" file 
on a Macintosh, double-click on the ".sea" file.

does not include person-to-person technical support.
