Updated TWAIN.DLL component, version 1.6.0.0

Adobe PageMaker 6.0 requires the TWAIN.DLL to acquire images using 
the File > Acquire command. The TWAIN.DLL component version 1.0.0\0 
that shipped with PageMaker 6.0 on Windows supported only 32-bit 
compatible data source files provided by manufacturers of image-capture 
devices. The update version, 1.6.0.0, is now available to let you work 
with 16-bit devices as well as 32-bit devices.
