When you attempt to upload HTML pages using the Newer Files or Synchronize Files setting, the HTML pages fail to upload. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Adobe PageMill 3.0 for Windows (any language version) HANDLING NOTES After downloading a ".exe" file in Windows, double-click on the ".exe" file to access the file's contents. INSTALLATION NOTES To install the PageMill 3.0.1 Update: 1. Exit from PageMill. 2. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the PageMill application folder. (The default location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\PageMill 3.0.) 3. Copy the PageMill.exe file into the PageMill 3.0 folder. 4. Copy the Uploader.dll file into the PageMill 3.0\Components folder. Note: Since Uploader.dll is a system file, you may need to modify the system settings to view it. If you cannot see the Uploader.dll file, enable Windows to show system files: 1. Start Windows Explorer. 2. Choose View > Options > View. 3. In Advanced Settings, set the Hidden Files setting to "Show all files", then click OK. To verify that the update installed successfully: 1. Check the version of the PageMill.exe file: a. Right-click the PageMill.exe file in the PageMill application folder and choose Properties from the pop-up menu. b. Click the Version tab. c. Select Product Version in the Item Name list. d. "3.0.1" should appear in the Value list. 2. Check the version of the Uploader.dll file: a. Right-click the Uploader.dll file in the PageMill\Components folder and choose Properties from the pop-up menu. The Created date should be February 25, 2000.
