The proctool sources have been inspected in an attempt to insure that proctool will not fail due to the date/time issues generally referred to as "Y2K" bugs.
The previous release did have one Y2K problem; specifically, it displayed the starting date of a process using a YY/MM/DD format. In the situation where the display was sorted using the process starting date as the key, it would have incorrectly displayed "00" years before "99" years. This field is now displayed using a YYYY/MM/DD format and the sort works correctly.
Please keep in mind that proctool is provided "as is" and is NOT a supported product from Sun Microsystems.
