Not playtested at all, because I'm too confused by massive changes (^ ^;)
These changes are the most important things that make this variant
very interesting, though...

The OS X port has some annoying problems (only on OS X)
 - Redraw artefacts are noticeable for more font/size combinations.
 - When you bring the angband application foreground by clicking on
   a subwindow and type commands, you'll see messages displayed in
   it, instead of the main window. Please make sure to make the
   angband window active to avoid this from happening.
 - There have been reports of random crash on OS 10.2 (not Ey, but V).
   I have no way of knowing why because I don't have that version.
   If you haven't seen this in Ey, lua might be blamed...

In vanilla, I added an extra option to disable equippy chars
because I personally felt them ugly (the *option* for them
was there since PC 1.x via 2.5.x--2.6.x until 2.7.9v5), but
I didn't do so this time because Ey is an variant and I'd like
to be faithful to variant author's intention (although Z with
the extra option patch seems to be popular, judging from the fact
that the Amiga port includes it)...
