Multiband 1.1.0 for the Macintosh

Not tested at all... Lack of time, hence no compiles for lua-based variants--
it takes considerable amount of time to write project files for them, and
some lua files need to be fixed to make them compile on CW :(

The 68K one might work on 68000-based Macs...  I played similarly compiled
one on PB 100 (68000 @ 16 MHz), but I can't warrant that.
