Meant to replace oangband-060-mac-68k.sit.bin and
oangband-060-mac-ppc.sit.bin by the same porter.

* Previous uploads used wrong callback function prototypes for the
  required Apple Event handlers (like I did to Angband and Z).
* Made it work on 68000-based models. It still requires System 7, though.
  I don't warrant it's very playable on 8 MHz models...  Mandatory monster AI
  comes to hurt here.
* It knows some features introduced by OS 8 and 8.5.
* It shouldn't do excessive window redraws.

If you don't mind 68K, you can safely remove 'CODE' resources.
If you don't need PPC, you can safely remove 'cfrg' resoure and
all the data fork content of the Angband application.
