Macintosh Graphics and Sound files for PernAngband 5.0.0

The archive contains the following files, which are only useful
if you compile things by yourself or knows how to hack resource
fork using ResEdit and/or Rez+DeRez.

16x16.rsrc made from Andreas Koch's 16x16.bmp (PICT 1002, 32 cols x 71 rows)
mask.rsrc  made from Andreas Koch's mask.bmp (PICT 1003, 32 cols x 71 rows)
8x8.rsrc   made from ZAngband's 8x8.bmp (PICT 1001, 32 cols x 99 rows)
 (Yes, no modification whatsoever has been done since Z2.2.0 days)
AngSound.rsrc sound resources taken from Ben's Vanilla 2.8.3
AltSound.rsrc the above merged with Mr. Abe's snd resource collection
 for Hengband.
 (Warning: this one is HUGE)

And please note that the first four resources are included
in my compilation of PernAngband 5.0.0b.
