PernAngband 5.0.0b "Mirmidonic Carbonizer II" Carbonized

For PPC Macs running OS X, or OS 8/9 with CarbonLib system extension.

I tried to update as many API calls as possible, also made it
friendly to preemptive multitasking (i.e. no idle loops, minimise
event polling), but kept dual forked file structure (i.e. no bundles) --
so please use this on HFS+ volumes.
