PernAngband 5.0.1 aka "Brunswik Disipator" for the Mac

pernangband-501-mac-68k.sit.bin - for 68020+
pernangband-501-mac-ppc.sit.bin - PPC native
pernangband-501-mac-crb.sit.bin - Carbon (OS X or OS 8.6+ with CarbonLib 1.1+)

This is mostly a bugfix release to 5.0.0b,
but has a couple of new features (because it's Pern (^ ^)v)
like the Elvish calendar.

The previous uploads had a serious startup bug.
Please replace them with these set.

In the previous uploads I introduced the no-exit-without-saving
before the debate started on Pern-ML. I temporarily reversed
the change for the Classic binaries, waiting for conclusion.
The reason for this is very unreliable nature of Classic Mac OS.

Mac-specific improvements(?)
- keypad keys now generate correct macro-able sequences
- eliminated unused GWorld buffer
- users of the Japanese keyboard can remove diggers (the | key problem)

Issues
- Library recognition in the 68K port. I made standard C library
  resident hoping this might help improving the situation,
  at the cost of ~150K additional memory requirement.
  Because of the non-reentrancy of stdio, marking it as transient
  was dangerous, anyway.
- Display glitches under certain font-point combinations.
  Turning off anti-aliasing works for some and doesn't for the rest.

Please move these files to angband/Variant/PernAngband
