v Big screen (drag the Angband window)

Caveats
1. (only on OS X) Bringing the Angband program foreground by clicking one
one of subwindows and without making the Angband window on top, you'll see
messages displayed in subwindows... This may not matter in classical OS, but
hurts a lot in OS X. I don't know how to fix this.

2. Turning the double width tile mode first time can cause display glitches.
Please redraw (^R) and it should be all right afterwards.
