T.o.M.E. 2.1.0 for the Macintosh

This is really a quick port, and I'm not sure if it's fully functional,
but here it is...

tome-210-mac-68k.sit.bin - 68020+, (System 7 or later?)
tome-210-mac-ppc.sit.bin - PPC with Classic OS
tome-210-mac-osx.sit.bin - PPC with OS X
tome-210-mac-xxx.sit.txt - this file

Modes available
 v ASCII
 v Sound effects
 v 16x16 tiles
 v 8x8 tiles
 v big tiles mode

Known problems:
 - though I haven't seen them yet, cases of random clashes have been reported
   on OS 10.2 (Jaguar)...
 - display glitches when turning the double width tiles on
 - messages are displayed in a wrong window when the games is brought back
   to the front by clicking other windows than the main Angband one.
