These are replacement for the files with the same names
in angband/Variant/Zceband

Change:
Added numpad macros, so that the original keyset works. Please note
that the problem was caused by my main-mac/crb.c and not by the
original code.

No graphics, no sound, and this time I disabled these menus to
avoid confusion. Maybe the easiest to port among the Z family
because it's very close to 2.8.3-- codebase (one has to write
Makefile-equivalent to port *band for the Mac)...
