This is a windows 3.1 program designed for 640x480x256 or better,
though it will probably run in 16 colors also.
A sound card is recomended, but optional.
It is a little experiment of mine to see how many people would be
interested in a digital newsletter on Anime. Kinda like a Game Bytes
for Anime fans.  This is the first one and is basically a fancy version
of the newsletter we send to our members here at the University of
Colorado's Otaku Animation Association (OAA).  Let me know what
you think of it, suggestions welcome.
