This document is with sku3-idx.gif, sku4-idx.gif, and sku5-idx.gif.
All the three GIFs are the indices of:
  file name     bytes   size         contents
  sku3-idx.gif  386813  800x746      sku30???.jpg (001-130)
  sku4-idx.gif  163599  800x342      sku40???.jpg (001-059)
  sku5-idx.gif  304899  800x600      sku50???.jpg (001,003-108,134,140)

I put them in GIF format since I want to keep the details of the images. 
(I have tried to make them be JPEG, but their qualities drop down as the 
 sizes increase.)
