STRINGdb - Protein-Protein Interaction Networks and Functional Enrichment Analysis

The STRINGdb package provides a R interface to the STRING protein-protein interactions database (https://string-db.org).

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("STRINGdb")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
