Wrench normalization for sparse count data

Wrench is a package for normalization sparse genomic count data, like that arising from 16s metagenomic surveys.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("Wrench")
