A matrix data storage object held in temporary files

A tabular style data object where most data is stored outside main memory. A buffer is used to speed up access to data.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("BufferedMatrix")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
