iSEE extension for summarising data points in hexagonal bins

This package provides panels summarising data points in hexagonal bins for `iSEE`. It is part of `iSEEu`, the iSEE universe of panels that extend the `iSEE` package.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("iSEEhex")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
