Rule #2: Consistency, Consistency, Consistency

• Once you've learned to immediately read and deal with mail, you still need to be able to find bugs in the bugs that are left

• Just saying 'show me all bugs' is inefficient

  • Should never have to email and say 'what critical bugs are left for a release'- it should all be there in the queries
  • So how do we avoid that problem?
